A story built over decades of dedication to people — and a commitment that continues every day.
Who is behind Eticca
Since adolescence, Hosana Cecília Fagundes knew her place was close to people. Not just spending time with them, but understanding them — their behaviors, their stories, their possibilities.
That calling became a path. Hosana graduated in Education and Law, completed specializations in Political Science and Health Surveillance, and immersed herself in courses on Leadership, Management, Interpersonal Relationships, Teamwork and Conflict Resolution. Later, she deepened her training in Human Development, becoming a Behavioral Analyst and Coach — for children, teenagers and adults.
In the spiritual field, she became an International Chaplain and took on an Ecclesiastical Office, integrating faith into her work of caring for people. On the social front, she is a member of Partners of the Americas, an organization headquartered in Washington with operations in Brazil.
For 40 years, Hosana dedicated herself to Brazil's Federal Public Service — teaching classes, providing support, and leaving her mark on everything she touched. In July 2024, upon retiring, she didn't slow down: she founded Eticca to bring this legacy of knowledge and care to even more people.
